There’s something that happens in a group that can’t happen one-on-one: the moment you realize your body story isn’t just yours.
Our groups are small, facilitated by licensed therapists, and grounded in the same anti-diet, fat-liberating values as the rest of this practice. They’re a space to be in community with other people who get it—without having to explain or justify your experience.
Groups run periodically throughout the year. Topics have included body image, the intersection of eating and identity, movement and embodiment, and creative expression.
Join the interest list to be notified when the next group opens.
We’ll email you when the next group is forming. No spam, no pressure.
Groups are typically 6–10 sessions and limited to a small number of participants so everyone gets space. They’re led by a licensed therapist and may include discussion, creative exercises, movement, or other drama therapy approaches. No previous therapy or “creative” experience needed.
If you’re curious but nervous—that’s normal. Reach out and we can talk through whether a group might be a good fit for you right now.
