My teaching lives at the intersection of two things I won’t stop talking about. One: it’s not enough to undo the harm diet culture does to our clients—we have to stop clinicians from repeating it. Two: drama therapy is a powerful way to help people reach the parts of themselves that talk alone can’t, and I love teaching clinicians how to use the body, story, and creativity to get there.

I’ve supervised clinicians in affiliation with NYU, consulted with counseling teams at Riverdale Country School and New York Medical College, and spoken at the Ulster County Eating Disorder Coalition. The work ranges from clinical skill-building with graduate students to training school counselors on the realities of eating disorders in their hallways—and, increasingly, teaching the next generation of drama therapists.

What I offer

🎓

Trainings

For schools, clinics, and organizations that want to build size-inclusive practice or basic eating disorder literacy into their work. Designed for settings like school counseling teams, outpatient clinics, and healthcare programs—the people who are often the first to notice something’s off and don’t always have the tools to respond.

📚

Clinical Supervision

Supervision for clinicians working with eating disorders, body image, and trauma—especially those looking to deepen their anti-diet, weight-inclusive practice. Available individually or in small groups.

🎤

Speaking & Panels

Talks and panels for organizations looking for an expert voice on eating disorders in fat bodies. Conferences, professional gatherings, podcasts, press—anywhere the conversation needs someone who knows the clinical landscape and isn’t going to sanitize the politics of it.

🏫

University & Program Instruction

Alternative Track instruction for students pursuing drama therapy certification. Board Certified Trainer credentialing expected May 2026, at which point I’ll offer full-scope instruction across drama therapy coursework and supervised hours.
